✔ No Parties or Events Allowed. Any type of parties at the property will cause immediate CANCELATION of the reservation as it goes against the house rules.
✔ No Loud noise or music after 11:00 PM
✔ No Parking on street
✔ No Extra guests
✔ Must be at least 21 years old to stay
✔ Party Noise detector throughout
✔ Exterior Cameras throughout
✔ No smoking inside of the house
✔ Smoking fee of $500.00 will be charged if found in violation
✔ House Rules Violation $350.00 will be charged plus any costs to remediate the issue
